Residential Pressure Washing
There are a number of areas in your outdoor space that need pressure washing, not just your home’s exterior. While many people notice when their home needs a good pressure wash, there are several areas that are less obvious that also need regular pressure washing.
- Home/ Home Siding – Having your home pressure washed should be done at least once per year to remove all the different kinds of debris that can accumulate on the outside surface of your home. Things like mold, mildew, algae, mud, lawn debris, pollen, salt, dust mites, mold spores and other fungi can not only damage the exterior of your home but can cause staining and degrading that makes your home appear to be in disrepair. We clean 2 and 3-story homes.
- Roof – Fortunately, professional quality roof mold removal products exist. You don’t need to replace your shingles if you see these roof stains, but you do need to clean the shingles before further damage is experienced.
- Driveway – Your driveway is one of the most important outdoor spaces to have pressure washed. Oils and chemicals from vehicles, lawn debris, salt, mold, algae and standing rainwater can cause damage to your driveway leading to repairs that can cost thousands. Avoid the big bill by having your driveway pressure washed at least once per year. As an added bonus, you won’t be bringing all of this gunk into your home on your shoes when you come in if you have a clean driveway.
- Deck/Patio/Porch – Your outdoor living space where people gather and enjoy time outside together needs a good pressure wash also. Whether that outdoor space is a deck or a full outdoor kitchen area, these areas are prone to stains from spilled food and beverages and wear and tear. Keep them looking fresh and clean with pressure washing.
- Fences – Fences really take a beating! Lawn debris, mud, storm debris, algae and mold or mildew all do a number on your fences–even treated wood fences. Keep your fences in good condition and looking fresh with regular pressure washing.
- Walkways – Like your fence, your walkways are often pelted with lawn debris, mud, dirt and can accumulate rainwater that leads to the growth of algae, mold and mildew. Not only can these substances stain your walkway, they can make it slippery and lead to slip and fall injuries. Avoid all of that with regular pressure washing.
- Stone Stairs – One of the most overlooked and neglected outdoor spaces are stone stairs. Depending on the slope of the stairs, they can accumulate rainwater that leads to the growth of mold, algae and mildew. Trapped water on steps not only can stain the surface of the stone but when the gunk builds up, stairs can become slippery as well. This can lead to a dangerous situation where injuries can happen. Having your stone stairs pressure washed removes the build-up, eliminates stains and protects your family from injury.
